Euston station rail-terminal in London has been completely rebuilt over last 5 yr; passenger concourse with natural lighting on all sides contains `travel center' buffet, seating 90 people, lounge and snack-bar, and waiting area with buffet counter and seating for 90 people; passenger facilities on first floor are also described; all vehicle movement takes place below ground; taxis enter and leave at basement level, and there is underground car-park; station has total of 18 platforms, three of which are for parcels traffic; lighting installations in these various areas are described.
