Guidance system for man-in-loop lunar landing is developed which uses novel solution to three-dimensional particle motion for repeated predictions of trajectory and conditions; efficient Euler angle program and assumption of constant translational thrust enter into prediction technique; discussion of results of simulation program using system covers mechanization display requirements, and effects of man in loop; out-the-window approach to displays for lunar touchdown is discussed.
