Locomotive built by John Fowler and Co for proprietors of traveling fair; designed to perform both duties of trac-tor on road and of electric power plant on fair ground; weighs 15 1/2 tons; power plant comprises 6-cyl Fowler oil engine developing 80 hp at speed of 1100 rpm, directly coupled through extension shaft to Mather and Platt 450 a 110-v dynamo.
