Notes on two modern motor tugs to be added to dredging plant on Chesapeake and Delaware Canal; one tug is to be 50 ft in length and will be propelled by 4- or 6-cyl Diesel engine developing 120 bhp at 375 rpm; the other tug will have length of 65 ft, and will be propelled by direct reversible 6-cyl Diesel engine developing 235 bhp at 350 rpm.
