Vessel used for towing coal on Illinois River between Havana and Joliet, built by St. Louis Shipbuilding and Steel Co, for Central Barge Co of Chicago; length 124 ft; beam 30 ft; depth 9 ft; propelled by two 6-cyl, 15-in. by 19-in. Atlas-Imperial Diesel engines, each developing 600 hp at 300 rpm.
