Standard version of F.28 has conventional two-tank fuel system with integral tank in each outer wing section contained by wing torsion box with total capacity of 17,200 lb of fuel; details of fuel system, auxiliary power unit, hydraulic, flight controls, air conditioning and pressurization systems, with details of electrical system and avionics are presented; low weather minima approach system is based on automatic approaches during which ground guidance is Instrument Landing System followed by transition to manually controlled flight in all three axes at decision height and landing entirely by visual reference.
