At Air Show, held in Paris, May 26 to June 4 1967, Vostok launching rocket was exhibited out-of-doors, mounted on raised inclined ramp of railway transporter wagon; it turned out to be "2 1/2"-stage rocket, with more concessions to aerodynamic form than most Western vehicles; top stage consisted of Vostok spacecraft itself, with its own propulsion stage; information displayed, assumptions made and general speculative comments are presented.
