Construction of Orly Ouest and Roissy en France (formerly Paris Nord) and reconstruction of Orly Airport to be renamed Orly Sud; Roissy en France with network of three parallel taxiways will link four main runways, and support steady stream of jumbo jets at possible rate of 150 movements per hour; airport satellite terminal will have room for 21 planes of size of Boeing 747, or 42 of size of 707; by 1985, experts calculate that Orly Sud and Ouest and Roissy en France will have reached saturation point; by then, another major airport, Paris III, will be under construction.
