The content of the concept of "environmental security" is considered. The characteristic of the ontological, methodological, axiological and anthropological aspects of the concept of security is described. Environmental safety is considered as a condition for the preservation of homeostasis "society, the natural environment." Internal inconsistency ratio of environmental safety and danger are disclosed.
