The article considers the issues of possible using tethered telecommunication platforms on the base of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for signal retranslation of ground robotic complexes (RTC) control when performing emergency rescue operations in emergencies. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to find ways to protect the RTC control system from the negative effects of powerful heat sources in case of fire, ionizing radiation and numerous interferences arising from dense urban development, when the operator must be removed from the complex at a considerable safe distance.
