The operation of an on-board radio engineering station with non-directional antennas in the mode of receiving harmonic radiation mounted on a helicopter is considered. The results of calculations of the main characteristics and processing of the received signals are obtained using computer simulation modeling. The fact of occurrence of additional counts that led to ambiguity in the determination of the target angular coordinates shifted by π radian is revealed. The specified ambiguity of measurements can be eliminated by using a central directional antenna in the system. The conditions and parameters for the formation of preferred modes of the aperture synthesis application are determined, as well as the characteristics determining the antenna carrier dynamics.
