The article contains the circuits proposed for converting and amplifying of electrical signals while receiving the dissipated by air optical emission for the purposes of constructing Atmosphere Optical Connection Line with the transfer rate 1–4 M bit per second. Discussed the application of trans-impedance and charge-sensitive preamplifier with the addition of AGCcircuit by the IC of high speed Operational Amplifiers.
