Following the great development in the various aspects of modern civilization, the world is witnessing a great increase in international special relations between citizens of different countries, With the diversity of modern civil aspects, the patterns of international private relations that take place across borders vary, and the abundance of international private relations, inevitably creating a conflict between the laws of these countries. Issues that increase conflict are the damage caused by car accidents that injure people, in cases where one of the parties is foreign.
