Damage to the dradah-kedungpring road is not only caused by the number (volume) of vehicles that exceeds the capacity of the road, but in it is also related to various factors namely human factors and natural factors. overload is a condition of vehicle axle load exceeding the standard load used on the assumption of a pavement design or the number of operational trajectories before the planned life is reached, or often referred to as premature damage. The highway rigid pavement planning method created by the Department of Public Works, namely the Bina Marga Method, has not yet been able to apply its planning standards. In its maximum implementation in the field, it has weaknesses that result in premature damage to the road before reaching the planned life. In this final project will produce a rigid Pavement Thickness Planning on Dradah - Kedungring Road Using the 2002 Bina Marga Method, the thickness produced is a pavement thickness calculation with the actual vehicle load for traffic data in the pavement thickness calculation using data from the traffic survey results which exists. In the research that has been carried out on the planning of the rigid pavement thickness of the Dradah-Kedungpring road, a thickness of 24 cm is expected to provide a good service life in accordance with the expected age of the plan.
