The structure of fuel consumption at different stages of the transport cycle is analyzed, on the basis of which the main directions of monitoring the operation of vehicles and compliance with the technological and organizational regime are established. The integrated normative coefficient of dump trucks is calculated. The need for diesel fuel and motor oil of dump trucks in the conditions of the crushed stone of Omelianivka quarry was also calculated. The costs of fuel and lubricants at the field are determined by dump trucks depending on the season. It is established that the operating costs of fuels and lubricants for dump trucks, depending on their capacity are 20 % of the total costs associated with their operation. The dependence of the power value per unit capacity of quarry vehicles on their load capacity is obtained. Fuel consumption is determined depending on the transportation distance and depth of the field. Accounting for the cost of lubricants shows that the ratio between the consumption of oil and fuel is depending on the time of year from 6 % (for winter) to 12 % (for summer). Reduction of oil consumption is possible only due to its regeneration, which is carried out on a specialized installation.
