By considering the impact principles and indexes on regional logistics centers location process firstly, Rough Set Theory (RST) is induced into the regional logistics centers location to solve the multiple attribute location problems. Then, an expanded rough decision approach combined with AHP and cluster analysis is constructed and some location decision rules are acquired. In addition, a case about the development plan of Sichuan regional logistics centers layout is studied to verify the validity of our method, which gives us a simple, rational and effective method to solve the regional logistics centers location choosing problem.
