The port collector-distributor roads are important channels connecting large ports and inland hinterlands. Compared to ordinary highways, significant differences can be observed in traffic flow characteristics, such as travel speed and traffic composition. This paper takes a certain collector-distributor road in Tianjin Port, China, as a reference object and constructs simulation models to study lane restriction strategies for collector-distributor roads. The paper introduces safety indicators, such as lane change rate, as well as efficiency indicators, such as average speed and maximum flow rate of the section, to construct an evaluation system. It calculates the comprehensive scores of different lane restriction scenarios using the entropy method and chooses the highest score as the optimal solution. The research results indicate that different lane restriction strategies exhibit different adaptability.
