Fuzzy TOPSIS, based on AHP, is used in this article to evaluate truck drivers' emergency response capability. First, an index system of truck drivers' emergency response aptitude is proposed. Second, we put forth a framework of comprehensive evaluation by using fuzzy TOPSIS, based on fuzzy decision theory, group decision and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, five truck drivers in Nanjing are selected to illustrate the developed procedure.
