For China's urban rail transport network operation status, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system. Given the interdependence and feedback between the evaluation indexes, this paper established an evaluation system of urban rail transport network operation based on ANP. Finally, the paper used Super Decision software for case studies and validation for the model effectiveness and feasibility.
