In order to provide a basis of vehicle velocity calculation and microcosmic analysis of accidents, this paper investigates a vehicle dynamics model in two-dimension collision accidents. Two-dimension collision accidents are classified into two categories: two-dimension centripetal collision and two-dimension non-centripetal collision. The vehicle dynamics models are also set up. By using reconstruction analysis software of road traffic accident, named PC-Crash, simulation experiments have been carried out for the two accident categories. Without considering the instances of double or multiple collisions, the result of experiments indicates that the model calculation results are similar with the simulation results using software, which validates the efficiency of proposed method.
