The station-free sharing bike gradually replaces the traditional sharing bike with docking station as the primary means of transportation for short-distance trips. However, in the process of development, problems such as unbalanced demand for the station-free sharing bike and disordered parking levels are gradually exposed. This study develops a trip demand forecasting method through the Logit model, and establishes a parking spot optimization idea. This study firstly divides the parking areas by different land use patterns and analyzes the trip features of station-free sharing bike based on the data of sharing bike. Then, the Logit model is used to predict the demand for sharing bike trips. According to the characteristics of the station-free sharing bike and the features of the trip, the parking spots optimization method of parking areas is proposed. The parking behavior is regulated by the layout planning of parking spots to reduce the occurrence of random parking.
