On condition of stochastic demand, this paper takes a supply chain which has the distributed multi-factories, multi-distribution centers and multi-markets as background. Based on an overall consideration of product manufacturing cost and the transportation cost it builds a optimization model aiming at the supply chain cost minimization, finally gives an application example.
