In the transportation process, there are usually many kinds of transport modes intersecting in more than one mode, namely intermodal transportation. The paper is based on an 0–1 mixed integer program that seeks to maximize profit of the supply chain related to sale price, product manufacturing cost and the transportation cost subject to response time and flow rate of equilibrium containers. Lingo9.0 software calculation method program is used for solution. Finally, the paper gives an application example.
