At present, severe urban traffic congestion makes urban logistics distribution more difficult and delayed. The increase in delay risk and the decrease in distribution accessibility have a significant negative impact on the level of urban logistics service. Urban rail transit has the characteristics of punctuality, reduced pollution, and large capacity. When passenger volume is small during peak times, transportation capacity is underutilized. If we can make use of the leisure transportation capacity of metro to undertake the logistics transfer work within the city, it will greatly improve the logistics distribution problem. Based on the current station, this paper proposes a metro freight mode with a higher degree of automation and constructs a metro service level evaluation system under the freight mode, in order to solve the current urban road congestion on the restriction of urban freight and improve the metro operation income.
