The tourism transportation planning of eco-resorts is combined with traffic systems, tourism service functions, and eco-environmental constraints. It has a great influence on the sustainable development of the resort area. This work studies the Taihu Lake resort planning case, which is based on the trip characteristic analysis, taking"4E" as restraints. The planning involves travel mode identification, public transport, slow traffic, and waterborne traffic plans. This case suggests that a transit-oriented transport system is appropriate to meet the tourism transport demand and ensure the sustainability of the eco-resort area development.
