Based on the development of ATIS, TRAVTEK and 511 traveler information service system of American, RDS-TMC and Traffic-Master of European, VICS of Japanese, construction of public trip information system of Peking, Shandong province and Chengdu in China is discussed. Then the problems of traffic information service system construction at home are pointed out and one solution is discussed in detail. On the ground of construction of Chengdu city's public trip information system, the function, service types and modes of urban traffic integrated service information system (UTISIS) are studied and the structure of traffic integrated service information system based on multi-Agent is presented. Finally, critical technique and algorithm of information collection and processing by FC in the course of system construction are discussed.
