Supply chain management (SCM) is a very important research area in the last few years. Based on the triangular framework of the Supply Chain, Inter-Supply Chain (Inter-SC) Coordination is presented, which leads to Quadrangular framework. Inter-SC coordination, as well as inter-organizational coordination, pays close attention to benefits identification and conflict resolution. Some obvious distinctions between Inter-SC coordination and Inter-organizational coordination, such as definition, benefit identification, conflict resolution, information sharing, and benefits allocation, are analysed. At last, some conclusions are acquired.
