Standardized traffic signs can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of road use. However, in the process of traffic engineering design and construction, the standardization drawing and simulation of traffic signs have not been modularized yet, resulting in inconsistency in format and content. In view of the above problems, this paper develops the development of standardized traffic sign drawing module based on AutoCAD. It is a secondary development of AutoCAD in the visual LISP development environment combined with ActiveX technology. The research results show that the developed standardized traffic sign drawing module can meet the needs of users to the utmost extent. At the same time, the format, and content of the traffic signs are unified, thereby further improving the road traffic system and establishing a more reasonable and standard traffic sign system.
