Urban rail transit is on schedule with large capacity and fast speed, but it is difficult to realize door-to-door service. Bicycle is green and environmental, flexible, and convenient. Taking bicycle as the complementary tool to connect with rail transit can not only solve “the problem of the last mile” but also improve the overall operation efficiency of urban transport. This paper selects Xipu Subway Station in Chengdu as a case study. Based on the data of revealed preference and stated preference, the travel time, waiting time, cost, and personal attributes (gender, age, and income) are taken as the explanatory variables to establish a multinomial logit model to predict the probability changes of passengers choosing the existing traffic means around the time of bicycle station being set up in Chengdu Xipu Subway Station and to provide evidences for determining the initial storage capacity of bicycles on bike sites.
