The effectiveness of urban transportation systems after earthquakes has a significant impact on the functionality of disaster relief. This paper primarily discusses the validity of the transportation system as a whole, as well as the reliability of certain sections of a road. Two levels of anti-seismic reliability for urban transportation systems are considered, including the evaluation and analysis of the individual link and the network system. Theories and methodologies are discussed, leading to the application of network reliability theories to the main road networks and the transportation system network chart of Fuzhou. An analysis of transportation system anti-seismic reliability is performed after adopting an on-site inspection and perfecting the basic data.
