This paper takes the simulation analysis of college students' formula racing chassis as the core. The paper summarizes the performance characteristics of the college students' formula racing car from the perspective of the racing chassis, combining the relevant regulations of the competition and the characteristics of the track layout, and puts forward the design and optimization of the racing design parameters. Based on ADAMS/Car module in ADAMS of mechanical system, the chassis system model of KXR16 racing car was established. Then, the parameters of the chassis were analyzed from the “∞” surrounding and steady-state simulation impact. Using ADAMS/Car to draw the curve of the tire inclination, beam angle, track, and so on, its design of the hard points is optimized and makes the car play higher performance in the process of the game.
