A stochastic combined trip distribution, modal split, and assignment model is developed and applied to the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. The characteristic of this model is firstly explicit distinction of travelers' trip purposes in trip distribution and model split phase. Secondly we use a destination choice model incorporating probabilistic formulation of choice set in trip distribution phase. We estimated the parameters in this model in each trip purposes, and we got appropriate results.
