A major goal of global shipping centers in the next decade will be to develop themselves into "green hubs." Green logistics has therefore become a major task sought to be achieved by the Shanghai Shipping Hub in recent years. By using the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), this essay presents an evaluation index system of green logistics within the Shanghai Shipping Hub. Based on this evaluation system, a comment set and a fuzzy evaluation matrix are established. By developing a quantitative analysis of the indexes, this essay aims to give a practical guide to an evaluation of the "green" degree of the logistics system of the Shanghai Shipping Hub.
