Considering the urban rail transit passenger composition, a calculation model of carbon emissions based on transfer wishes was constructed by analyzing the mechanism of environmental benefit from the positive and negative parts. Then based on the shadow price formula, the shadow price of the carbon emissions calculation method suitable for rail transport was proposed when carbon emissions would be a scarce resource in the future. Finally, these two models were combined into a quantitate model of the environmental values in urban rail transit based on the carbon emissions. To verify the feasibility of the model, the monetary value of the environmental benefits of the Nanning Rail Transit Line 2 in one year was calculated. This forward-looking model can contribute to the low-carbon process, providing references about the urban rail transit subsidy amount and manner for the government.
