Based on vehicle collision safety technology, GPS technology and mobile communication technology, this paper offers a person-free operating Vehicle Collision Accident Self-alarm System. The thesis introduces the principle and the structure of the system, and offers the solution of the self-alarm. The system can solve problems in which the drivers or passengers injured in the vehicle collision accident can't alarm by themselves or they can alarm but don't know their accurate location. The system will alarm automatically in a timely manner.
