In recent years, the frequent traffic safety accidents on corporate commuter buses have seriously affected the production efficiency of enterprises and the personal safety of employees, becoming one of the key problems to be urgently solved. Firstly, this paper takes into account the uncertainty of multiple factors affecting the safety of commuter vehicles in coal enterprises. Then, the safety risk evaluation system is established into four aspects including people, machines, environment, and management based on historical data, and evaluates the safety status of a commuting system through grey-analytic hierarchy process. In the evaluation process, the weight and evaluation value of each factor will be determined, and the importance of different indicators will also be analyzed. Finally, the numerical experiments are designed to show that the proposed method is feasible. The research results of this paper can provide references and suggestions for the establishment of corresponding safety management standards and measures.
