Taken Shenyang North subway station as an example, the simulation method of successive event was used to analyze the influence of traffic congestion in subway internal environment. First, the crowd evacuation simulation model in subway station was built. Second, the bottleneck positions and blocking reasons in the process of subway evacuation was analyzed based on the simulation model. At last, the potential safety hazard was eliminated by optimizing the service level and changing the number of service facilities, which can reduce travel time-cost to improve the service quality for passengers.
