The paper studies on the wind erosion control measures efficiency for the roadbed at the worst wind erosion area, Cuona lakeside, Ando county. Its results show that the upright-concrete sand fence has obviously effect on the wind erosion controlling. Especially taking the multiple pieces upright-concrete sand fence system as a comprehensive defense system, it reduced wind velocity by rate 14.41–91.41 % behind the first piece windbreak at difference site as compared to the control, behind second piece windbreak, it reduced wind velocity by rate 37.49∼92.61 %, and 23.44∼87.49 % of the third piece windbreak, respectively. It reduced wind erosion rate range from several times to hundred times as compared to the control according the step-like silt passive sampler calibrated data.
