In this paper, considering the characteristic of geological and synthetic materials disobey the associated flow rule and the elastic parameters change with the plastic strain, the incremental of plastic strain can be divided into two parts: the one part comply with associated flow rule and Drucker postulation, which can be established on the basis of traditional incremental plastic theory; the surplus part, resulting from elasto-plastic coupling, is presumed to be reversible strain. Therefore, more prevalent stress-strain constitutive model based on the increment plastic theory is deduced. The wide applicability is proved through two projects in the end.
