Floating car data is usually used in inner-city roads, but is less used in inter-city highways in China. This paper focuses on FCD processing models for inter-city highways based on road network analysis and processing models for toll stations, service areas and long-distance tunnels. The paper also addresses the accuracy verification methods for real-time traffic conditions of highways. It is certified that the accuracy is very high for over 85 percent after numerous sample data was tested.
