Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is an important technology in modern logistics information transmission. The traditional EDI is established on the Value Added Network (VAN), needing more investment, only applied by minority big enterprises. Moreover Internet-Based EDI is low costs, speedy, wide overlay, and it can be applied by majority middle and small enterprises. But Internet-Based EDI is opening, the security is more important. This paper analyzes the security problems of Internet-Based EDI. For instance filch, imitate, disavow, tamper, lose message, deny of service etc. Then give relative security solutions. Such as data encryption, digital signature, access control, message authentication, identity authentication, security electronic trade protocol etc.
