Proceeding from the internal coordination and the external adaptation of the channel's passenger transport structure, this paper establishes four indexes: fitness, equilibrium coefficient of comprehensive supply, transport efficiency, and sustainable development level. It then defines their value range according to the actual situation to establish a membership function of each evaluation grade corresponding to each indicator, thereby constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the passenger transport structure of the comprehensive channel. Further research is also conducted to study how to determine the fuzzy judgment matrix and weight. Finally, the Beijing-Shanghai channel is selected to carry out empirical research and verify the reliability and practicality of the model, which improves the analysis theory and method of the passenger transport system of the comprehensive transportation channel.
