Seasonal frozen subgrade distinguish with the average on that the temperature is the main conditions, The physical mechanical properties of seasonal frozen subgrade and ice content are not only relevant, and the temperature is more closely linked. Cyclical changes in temperature occurred, undergoing seasonal thawing and freezing, and all associated with frozen phenomenon, diseases along the road thereby strongly occurred, such as uneven subgrade deformation, freeze-thaw cracking, frost heaven and ripple markings and partial subsidence, and vertical and horizontal cracks. In order to control, reduce the diseases, the temperature fields changes trend must be studied, the laws of temperature changes with the seasons must be correctly understood and correctly forecast. This paper combined with the characteristics of the frozen subgrade, considered thermal convection, heat conduction, radiation, wind, temperature and other boundary conditions and soil freezing and thawing phase change process, applied finite element procedures analyzed temperature distribution and the corresponding temperature stress conditions in the process of the seasonal freezing and thawing subgrade.
