Metro is an important means of transportation in modern cities. It is of great significance to ensure the operation efficiency of metro for urban traffic. Among the factors affecting the efficiency of Metro operation, passenger flow is one of the most important factors. At present, the only means to detect the metro passenger flow data are manual detection method and the method to detect swipe card data by Metro gate machine. Not only the detection data are inaccurate, but also the data are imperfect. Therefore, this paper establishes a dynamic decision-making model based on the control of passenger flow speed to make a dynamic planning for the subway access gate and choose the access direction, so as to maximize the access efficiency of the gate.
