First, the paper analyzes the necessity of a number of competing ports, then moves to a detailed description of container transport supernetwork and stochastic equilibrium model, in which it extends from the dynamic Stackelberg Game Model to EPEC (Equilibrium Problem with Equilibrium Constraints) model. It ensures the existence and use of diagonalization algorithm by building a continuous concave function (maximum).
