Urban agglomeration is connected into an Integration Metropolitan through regional intercity transportation system. Highway and intercity high speed train are the two main ways of intercity transport system. The effect of intercity transportation's construction brings opportunities for development to the cities, but at the same time, it also brings austere challenges and fierce competitions. The Matthew Effect between regional cities can not avoid accompanied by the consummation of intercity transportation system.
