As the mode of one-ticket transfer in Urban Rail Transit system is gradually implemented in several cities to meet the demands of network-based operation, the distribution of ticket avails among different lines' corporation becomes hard to ascertain precisely. Therefore, the paper puts forward a fare distribution method named "Double-Stage, Double-Proportion" based on multi-route probability to solve the problem. The impact of route selection and fare distribute proportion, which is caused by trip time, transfer convenience, operation hour, departure interval and congestion level, etc, is taken into account in proposed model. The model meets the passenger's psychology of minimum cost and also reflects the fact of path-selecting multiplicity which proves to be feasible and practical.
