A collision risk model at intersecting routes is built, and the calculating methods are proposed which considers aircraft pairs with performance based navigation. The aircraft overlap probability is calculated by two methods in this article. The influences on the collision risk by the separation minima and required navigation performance are illustrated, and the separation minima under given parameters are analyzed, which provides basic theory for reduced separation minima at intersecting routes under performance based navigation.
