When a ship gets flooded, anti-sinking emergency measures must be taken to protect the vitality of the ship. The command and the action of damage control directly affect the ship's safety. Based on the computer simulation technology, this paper introduces an anti-sinking training simulator for training marine police shipman how to prevent his warship sank when it is flooded. Through the operations on computers, the basic operation of ship damage control, ship damage control organization and command can be simulated on this system. The system can also give emergency aid decision-making and assess the average accident risk for ship flooded. China Marine Police Academy has used this system to train warship trainees. Application proves that this system is effective. The system's structure, functions, key technologies, and implementation will be discussed in detailed in this paper.
