Bus Dispatching at Transfer Station is the basic problem of bus dispatching. This paper sets up the bus dispatching model at transfer station based on the objective of minimizing the passenger and agency's benefits. Genetic Algorithm and Tabu Search combined to become GATS. Then GATS is used to optimizing the bus transfer dispatching model. The results of the simulation indicate GATS has the higher efficiency than simple GA and is one effective way optimizing the bus dispatching. Results also indicate the model meets the real world and is viable.
